Level I Yoga

Kevin is a Level I Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher who first began practicing in 2006.
He’s been a faculty member at the Iyengar Institutes of New York since 2014.
Kevin enjoys teaching adults and children about the work of B.K.S Iyengar to help them find joy, ease, challenge and transformation in their yoga practice.

Inversions such as Halasana (plow pose) and Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) are introduced and refined.
