This class is accessible for students who are brand new to Iyengar Yoga, as well as experienced students. Focus on fundamental postures and actions within standing poses, seated poses, twists, forward bending and introduce inversions.
Once the basic foundation is learned, general classes provide a challenge by working on inversions such as Sirsasana, head balance, and Full Arm Balance, as well as more seated, twisting, forward bending and backbending postures are included.
